Schematic Designs lets you see the big picture

To help envision the overall scope, design, scale and concept of your project, we prepare schematic designs for review and approval.

Design is a process.

You have to successfully complete one stage before you can proceed to the next stage – much like passing a baton in a race. The Schematic Design stage follows programming and helps you see the big picture, and how all the parts of your process building come together. This phase helps us minimize budget risks through ongoing analysis and review, as we work together with you to deliver an overall scheme. We will then develop the design solution to satisfy the technical and aesthetic requirements defined in the programme. This is all usually captured in a Basis of Design (BOD) report, which you review and sign off to give us approval to move to the next phase.
