An Architect, designer, project manager and practice leader with over 23 years of experience, and an international portfolio of designing and managing diverse Health-care, Civic, Science and Technology projects. She provides leadership to multidisciplinary project teams; guiding comprehensive project work scopes from concept to completion. She possesses solid knowledge in managing and mapping effective design processes and methods that enable innovative design concepts to evolve, while applying various data and constraints to integrate design concepts according to client needs. Inas is responsible for the overall project success, overseeing overall team performance and QA/QC. She provides oversight of all technical aspects of the project delivery including project setup, implementation and quality. Inas facilitates firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution and sustainability.
