- Prime contact with client on project
- Liaising with project team, principals, and technical staff to provide overall management of ongoing projects
- To ensure general project requirements are being met through project specific documentation, delegating responsibilities and work to appropriate technical staff, as well as providing final approval on all projects specific documentation including drawings
- Attend to clients as required and liaise with clients as a firm representative through on-site meetings
- Liaising between production staff and principals
- Coordination of contractors, clients, consultants, and engineer
- Direction and supervision in preparation of design and construction documents
- Review and coordination of specification
- Liaising with authorities
- Architectural design
- Drafting in CAD
- Technical research and code review
- Project scheduling
- Site / coordination meetings
- Review certificates for payment
- Review / prepare field reviews
- Evaluation / preparation of site instructions, proposed changes, change orders
