NXL Architects has completed the Facility Programming and Concept Design Study for the new Forensic Services Complex.

NXL Architects was engaged by Ontario Realty Corporation and their clients, the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, Centre for Forensic Sciences (CFS), and Ontario Chief Coroner (OCC) to determine the requirements of the two agencies and determine the best course of action for a new facility.

The three-volume report, delivered in the beginning of October, includes a needs assessment, programme of requirements, site location and selection criteria, and cost estimate for the new 500,000+ sq.ft. CFS and OCC facility.
